A free, no-strings-attached conversation — about 30 minutes. We learn about you, your organization, and where you want to take it, and ask direct questions that get to the root of why you reached out. You tell us your pinch points; we start connecting them to real solutions. If it feels like a fit on both sides — you're comfortable with us, and we see real value we can bring — we'll follow up within a day or so with proposals for each of our two programs: Foundation or Accelerator.
With your path chosen — Foundation or Accelerator — and both sides ready to move forward, the real work begins. We come to you. Depending on your company's size, we'll spend 4-8 hours on-site: getting to know you and your team, touring your jobsites and office, and gathering the real, in-person data your assessment depends on. It's the only way we feel equipped to help you well.
After your Deep Dive, we build a detailed, customized assessment that showcases your strengths (things we can lean in to) — and lays out exactly where we will help. It's not a report card — it's the bridge between what we found within your organization and the action plan we build next. It also becomes your baseline, something we'll revisit as the engagement moves forward to measure real progress. Expect the assessment within 1-2 business days of your Deep Dive.

Foundation is built for the builder who's ready to run with the plan. You'll have three dedicated one-hour check-ins — at 30, 60, and 180 days — to keep you on track and catch anything before it becomes a problem. Between those calls, the plan is yours to execute. It's real support, at a pace that respects your independence.
Accelerator
Accelerator is a true partnership for the full six months of your action plan. No two engagements look alike — your cadence is shaped by your organization's size, complexity, and specific needs, and was mapped out clearly before we got started so there's no guesswork about what to expect. Typically, communication runs heaviest early, often one or two hour-long check-ins a week, tapering to every other week as you gain traction. The goal never changes: make sure Summit Builder Alliance is delivering real value, and that you're equipped with the tools to keep growing long after we're gone.
MONTHLY
Our goal is to equip you and your organization to build a life-giving, profitable business in six months. But many builders come back wanting focused coaching once that groundwork is in place — deeper, comprehensive help in specific areas like preconstruction, culture, marketing, software implementation, and more. We're happy to help. The engagement is flexible, structured month to month, and focused on coaching you and your existing team to build real skill in specific areas — without having to hire outside help to fill the gap.
